Most people in account management have managed a project. Far fewer have managed a project that involves a 5-metre cutter, a national install team, and a brand team who need it perfect by Friday. That’s the texture of life at Hollywood Monster.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time role for an Account Manager, hybrid with regular presence at our Birmingham HQ and travel to client sites as required.
The Account Manager will manage and nurture a portfolio of clients day-to-day, coordinating projects from brief through to delivery and spotting opportunities to add value across each account. You’ll work closely with production, project management and creative teams to ensure flawless execution, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities as they emerge, and build the kind of long-term, trusted client relationships that turn one-off projects into ongoing partnerships. It’s a role with real breadth, real responsibility, and real scope to grow with the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a client services, account management or project coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Commercially aware, with a track record of spotting and converting growth opportunities within accounts
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
- Experience within print, signage, events or visual communications is highly desirable
- Clarity training (preferred)
