After more than three decades of building one of the UK’s most respected names in large-format print, hard and digital signage, we’re investing in the people, the kit and the commercial firepower to take the business significantly further. The next twelve months will see us deepen our work with national brands, push into new sectors, and continue to take on the kind of complex, high-visibility projects that have become our signature.

The work we do is rarely straightforward. It might be a building wrap that has to land perfectly across twenty panels twenty feet up, a national rollout across hundreds of retail locations, or a sustainability programme delivered for one of the most recognisable brands on the high street. Clients come to us because they need work that will be noticed, and because they trust us to deliver it without drama.
That kind of work demands a certain kind of commercial leader. Someone who can hold a confident conversation with a marketing director, a procurement lead, an operations team and a creative agency, often in the same week. Someone who understands that big ideas only matter if they can be delivered profitably and brilliantly. Someone who leads from the front.

About the Role
- Significant experience in a senior client-facing role, ideally within print, signage, events, large-format production or adjacent industries
- A strong track record of growing national accounts and winning high-value new business
- Commercially astute, confident and credible at C-suite level
- A natural ability to translate big creative ambition into profitable, well-executed work
- Senior presence with the judgement to lead from the front and the discipline to deliver
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Genuine interest in the UK large-format print, signage or visual communications market
- Clarity training (preferred)
