With bold regeneration plans and an eye on design-led detail, the external branding and signage needed to honour the site’s past while announcing its future with confidence.

What We Offered Capital & Centric

Building on our existing relationship we collaborated closely with the Capital & Centric team and supply chain to ensure every touchpoint — from bold lettering, LED screens and subtle nods to local history — played a role in the evolving identity of the scheme.
