Hollywood Monster aims to enhance customer experience across key UK markets
Hollywood Monster is proud to announce changes to its team with the introduction of Alex Pan and the promotion of Mat Jephcott, designed to bring greater experience to the team.
Mat has recently stepped into his new job role as Group Operations Director at Hollywood Monster. In his new role, Mat will strengthen the businesses through improved operations and processes to ensure high-quality signage solutions for customers.
Mat’s efforts to strengthen the business were instrumental in taking positive steps forward. Mat is well-deserving of this promotion and will continue to be a driving force of positive change for Hollywood Monster.
Speaking on his recent promotion, Mat said: “It’s amazing to see the improvements made across Hollywood Monster and how the business has gone from strength to strength. I look forward to working closely with the team to implement progressive changes to benefit our customers. In taking a customer-centric approach, I aim to focus on how we can bring further benefits such as creating durable, quality solutions in a cost-effective way.”
The newest addition to the team, Alex Pan, is set to take on the role of London Commercial Manager. She will be predominately located in London focused on agencies and growing the Hollywood Monster market share in London. As a Commercial Manager, Alex will be responsible for growing a portfolio of customers and overseeing projects to monitor their progress and ensure quality standards are met. Alex is coming into Hollywood Monster from a well-known business within the market, which provides total confidence in her ability to adapt to the Hollywood Monster approach.
