This new M3h platform replaces one of our older, workhorse EFI VUTEk HS125 printers. We’ve pushed our HS125s incredibly hard for our clients over the years, and they’ve been fantastic. However, to keep pace with our growth and maintain the highest level of service, we needed to upgrade. This marks the 14th EFI printer we’ve purchased from CMYUK. The VUTEk M3h, which is the successor to EFI’s iconic and highly successful GS series, delivers significant environmental and operational improvements over the previous generation:
Massive Power Reduction: The M3h slashes power usage by 83%, dropping from 18kW to just 3kW, and uses fewer consumables overall.
Reduced Waste: Instant on/off UV lamps require less maintenance, and because inks don’t need to be purged between jobs, we reduce ink waste and downtime. This results in a greater cost-effective operation that never compromises on productivity or print quality.
Smaller Footprint: While it’s a powerful 3.2m-wide printer, its physical footprint is actually smaller than the HS125, meaning we’re using our factory floor space more efficiently.

The M3h is a true all-rounder and incredibly versatile, offering board, sheet, and roll-to-roll printing on media up to 5.08 cm thick, with lightning-fast changeover.
It offers production-level continuous print capabilities as well as queue-on-demand functionality for multi-job printing, helping us maximise productivity and keep lead times short for you.
With a maximum resolution of 2400 dpi and speeds of up to (77 boards), we can print CMYK plus white and also offer a clear coat ink for stunning full flood or spot colour enhancements. The advanced magnetic linear drive ensures highly accurate dot placement for truly precision printing.

- Collision Detection System: Alerts the operator to wrinkles or defects in the material before they cause issues.
- Anti-Static Bar: Runs across the width of the platen for the reliable removal of static build-up.
